Walk back to Health

Good day for a walk. Studies show that walking for 30 minutes daily can have a major impact on your physical and mental health. Taking walks daily can help burn calories and improve your stress levels.

Some people can’t endure the high intensity boot camp session but still need to move. Walking with moderate intensity can provide a great workout maybe even be more beneficial since it won’t raise your cortisol hormones the way high intensity workouts do. Don’t get me wrong I still enjoy a great kickboxing session but it doesn’t always have to be so intense. Give it a try today! Grab your headphones put on some comfortable walking shoes and go for a walk. Do this daily for two weeks and see how you feel. Make sure you measure your results. Good luck.
